Houston, Texas, January 8, 2026 — Gulf Companies, a leading provider of engineering, procurement, construction management, and field services for the energy industry, today announced the expansion of its leadership team with the appointment of Jared Ciarella as Vice President of U.S. Operations, reflecting the company’s continued growth and expanding domestic project portfolio.
In this new role, Jared will lead strategy and execution for Gulf’s U.S. projects, spanning pipeline, midstream, and energy infrastructure. His primary focus will be optimizing operational performance and ensuring strategic alignment as the company meets increasing market demand.
Mr. Ciarella brings over two decades of industry experience, including 12 years with Gulf Companies, with a background spanning large-scale waterline projects and energy-focused infrastructure across liquid and gas systems. During his tenure with Gulf, he has held key leadership roles including Project Manager, Director of Engineering Services, and Senior Director of Project Management. His background combines deep technical knowledge with execution strategy, having managed complex multi-discipline engineering, construction management, and commissioning efforts. Ciarella holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University (2005).
