Houston, Texas, – April 16, 2025 — Gulf Companies is pleased to announce the appointment of Monty Collins as Vice President of Field Services. With more than 35 years of energy sector experience, Monty brings an exceptional track record of leadership, project execution, and strategic development to Gulf’s growing Field Services division.
In his new role, Monty will focus on the leadership and development of Gulf’s Field Services operations, ensuring industry-leading field execution and project administration. His appointment underscores Gulf’s ongoing commitment to delivering excellence in execution across every phase of a project lifecycle.
Monty’s career includes over two decades of senior-level execution responsibilities with Owner-Operators and more than ten years in executive leadership roles within the service provider community. His breadth of experience spans the full spectrum of Capital and O&M projects—from Pre-FEED origination and regulatory filings to execution, in-service, and closeout.

His extensive background in route development, regulatory support, capital budgeting, and asset development enables him to deliver efficient and compliant solutions across diverse project scopes.
Monty holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Technologies from the University of Louisiana Monroe and a Master of Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University. He will be instrumental in driving strategic growth and operational excellence for Gulf’s Field Services throughout the U.S. and Canada.
