The Sabal Trail Transmission project is one of the largest projects in Gulf’s history. This project consisted of approximately 515 miles of 36” in diameter pipeline and three compressor stations (127,900 total HP) with six meter stations capable of transporting up to 1 Bcf per day of natural gas. Gulf provided engineering, design, procurement, subcontract services for detailed design (IFC), and construction management including inspection services during construction. Subcontract services also included civil survey and geotechnical investigations. Gulf procured all materials and construction services for this entire project.
